Integrity-UX has been in business since 2010, serving companies in Brazil and abroad across retail, manufacturing, consumer goods and technology. These are very different environments with one thing in common: downtime is expensive. A supermarket does not close its registers because a server went down, and a production line does not wait around for a backup to be restored.

The starting point is the same in every sector: working out what the business cannot afford to lose, and how quickly it has to be back. The infrastructure follows from that answer, not the other way around. That is why virtualization, high availability, backup and monitoring tend to show up together in these projects.
